We charge 9.50% Sales Tax for all orders shipped to the state of California.
Orders are eligible for full store credit exchange if returned within 7 days of purchase and or delivery date to our online returns department. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. All sale and or discounted items are FINAL SALE which are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
Be advised that all returns must meet the following requirements:

All orders are sent by United States Postal Service at a flat rate of $11.oo. Orders of $200 or more are free. Standard shipping typically takes on average between 3-10 business days depending on your location. In the event that you need expedited shipping please email email@example.com

When will my order ship?
Orders with Ground Shipping typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options to ensure you receive your orders when you need it. All expedited orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.
Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the United States. Please contact customer care if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii.

How can I track my order?
